Paparazzi has recently published its Income Disclosure Statement on its website. The Income Disclosure Statement discloses the highest, lowest, and average bonus incomes for the different Consultant ranks. In connection with the publishing of the Income Disclosure Statement on the Paparazzi website, we are adopting a new policy regarding advertisements and postings made by our Consultants which include earnings claims.
Earnings claims are statements referring to income or lifestyle. They can be specific (i.e. “I made $10,000 last month.”) or vague (i.e. “You can achieve your dreams.”). Earnings claims can also be statements about lifestyle, such as posting a picture of an expensive designer purse or a new car. Other examples of earnings claims include:
