How to Qualify
To qualify for an invitation to the 2026 Leadership Summit, Consultants with a lifetime rank of Producer or above must meet the following criteria during the qualification period (January 1 – December 31, 2025).
Important Note About Passports
Qualifying Consultants will need a valid passport to join us in Tahiti, French Polynesia. This process can take several weeks. If you plan to join us, we encourage you to secure your passport as soon as possible. Paparazzi is not responsible for and cannot mitigate passport delays. If you submit an RSVP and are later unable to attend due to a passport issue, any resulting penalties will be your responsibility.

We’ll be saving a seat for you!
To qualify for an invitation to the 2026 Leadership Summit, Consultants with a lifetime rank of Producer or above must meet the following criteria during the qualification period (January 1 – December 31, 2025).
- Personally achieve Style Ambassador status (any tier) in at least five of the twelve months during the qualification period).
- Sponsor five new team members who each achieve Style Ambassador status (any tier) at least once within the qualification period. These new team members must be personally enrolled between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
- In three separate months, your personally sponsored team members must collectively generate a minimum of 500 CPV. For qualification purposes, no more than 100 CPV per individual may be counted toward the 500 CPV total in each of those months.
- Achieve a new Elite rank during the qualification period.

As we step into the start of a brand-new year, we’re excited to officially kick off qualifications for our 2027 Leadership Summit! With a fresh year ahead, this is the perfect time to refocus, set goals, and begin working toward this incredible experience.
Below is a reminder of the qualifications needed to earn your spot. We encourage you to review them now and keep them top of mind as you plan your year.
To qualify for an invitation to our 2027 Leadership Summit, Consultants with a lifetime rank of Producer or above must meet the following requirements during the qualification period (January 1 - December 31, 2026):

To qualify for an invitation to our 2027 Leadership Summit, Consultants with a lifetime rank of Producer or above must meet the following requirements during the qualification period (January 1 - December 31, 2026):
- Attend a minimum of one 2026 Empower Me Pink tour stop and our 2026 convention, Break Through.
- Personally achieve Style Ambassador status (any Tier) in at least ten of the twelve months during the qualification period.
- Sponsor ten new team members who each achieve Style Ambassador status (any Tier) at least once within the qualification period. These new team members must be personally enrolled between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
- In ten separate months, your personally sponsored team members must collectively generate a minimum of 625 CPV. For qualification purposes, no more than 125 CPV per individual may be counted toward the 625 CPV total in each of those months.
- Achieve a new Elite rank during the qualification period.*
